1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All orders are processed and prepared during our regular business days, Monday through Friday (excluding United States federal holidays).

• Processing & Production Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, printed, quality-checked, and packed before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as holidays, special promotional events, or new collection launches), processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

We partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable and trackable delivery for both domestic and international orders.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–3 Business Days) + Shipping Transit Time

Destination	Shipping Carrier & Method	Estimated Transit Time	Total Estimated Delivery Time
United States (Domestic)	USPS Ground Advantage™	2 – 5 Business Days	3 – 8 Business Days
Worldwide (International)	USPS Priority Mail International®	6 – 10 Business Days	7 – 13 Business Days

Note: Shipping transit times are estimates provided by USPS and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date the order is placed. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or remote international regions may require additional transit time.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the items in your order, and your delivery destination. We reserve the right to offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders as announced on our Site.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your USPS tracking number(s).

• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the USPS system after you receive your confirmation email.
• You can track your package directly via the USPS Official Website or through the tracking link provided in your email.
• If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure the fastest possible delivery, at no additional shipping cost to you.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We proudly ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail International®. Please keep the following regulations in mind when ordering outside of the United States:

• Customs & Import Duties: We are not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, or other local taxes applied to your order by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).
• Customs Delays: International shipments are subject to inspection by local customs authorities. We have no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee that your package will not experience delays during customs clearance.
• Refused International Packages: If an international customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the package is returned to us, any return shipping fees and original shipping charges will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

• Address Modifications: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your address before the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address once the package has been handed over to USPS.
• Returned-to-Sender Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or because it went unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs to send the package out again.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take great care in packaging your items so they arrive in pristine condition.

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos of the damage (including the shipping label on the package), and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
• Lost in Transit: If your tracking status shows no movement for an extended period (exceeding 10 business days for domestic orders or 20 business days for international orders past the estimated delivery window), please reach out to our support team so we can initiate a claim with USPS and assist you.
• Marked as “Delivered” (Stolen/Missing Packages): Once USPS scans a package as “Delivered” at the shipping address provided at checkout, we are not liable for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen from the delivery location. If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
  1. Check around your property, porch, mailbox, or with neighbors/building management.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally scan packages prematurely before physical drop-off.
  3. Contact your local USPS post office directly with your tracking number to verify the GPS delivery coordinates and file a missing mail inquiry.
